Each charter comes with a skilled crew, all necessary safety equipment, fuel, and a selection of basic beverages. The exact inclusions can vary based on the type of service — for example, sunset tours come with premium refreshments and light snacks, while business charters may include access to meeting facilities and professional catering selections.
When should I make a reservation?
To secure a booking, we suggest doing so 2–3 weeks prior, particularly for the busy season from May to September. For corporate gatherings and private functions, making arrangements 4–6 weeks beforehand offers more options and allows ample time for personalizations.
What is the protocol for unfavorable weather conditions?
Our primary concern is safety. Unfavorable weather conditions as determined by our captain may lead to the offer of an alternative charter date or a full reimbursement. Weather forecasts are monitored diligently, and should any concerns arise, we'll reach out 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Guests may bring their own food items and drinks. We also present exceptional catering services tailored to your preferences. Note that for safety reasons, glassware is prohibited aboard.
Are the yachts equipped to accommodate individuals with impaired mobility?
We aim to be inclusive for all of our guests. Depending on the vessel, accessibility features may vary. Discuss your specific requirements with us upon reservation, and we will recommend the most appropriate yacht and make any needed arrangements.
What is the cancellation policy?
A complete refund is given for cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure. Those made between 24 to 72 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Should you cancel within 24 hours of the departure date, refunds cannot be provided unless cancellation is due to weather or mechanical issues on our side.
